A second “short-let” option proposed to our guests is “Bastioni Home”. It’s a second self-catering apartment located not far from “Il Duca Minimo” Palace and next to San Cetteo Cathedral.
Bastioni takes its name from the ancient Royal Fortress of Pescara built in the 16th Century, during the Kingdom of Naples , at the behest of Charles V of Hasburg.
The apartment is structured on two levels and a mezzanine, finely renovated with wengè floor.
On the first floor, a large and bright living room with an eat-in kitchen welcomes the guest. A bedroom and a bathroom complete this part of the house.
A steel and crystal staircase leads to the second floor consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub, a TV room and a very bright relaxing or reading room. On the mezzanine, another bedroom with a small terrace completes the house.
